Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund
